This bespoke fit out for Royals Hair Sydney was designed to create a bold, immersive salon experience that feels both luxurious and culturally rich from the moment clients step inside.

The build features a striking custom entry framed in solid timber and intricate wrought iron detailing, setting a dramatic first impression. The handcrafted metalwork panels add depth and character, while the layered textures of natural timber and warm finishes create a welcoming yet refined atmosphere. Above the entry, a custom illuminated sign is seamlessly integrated into the façade, giving the salon a strong identity presence within the space.

One of the standout construction elements is the ceiling installation, where multiple decorative pendant lanterns were carefully positioned and suspended to form a visual feature across the salon floor.
